The Twitter app on iPhone provides a convenient interface for managing your Twitter account, which includes the ability to block and unblock other users. When you block a follower, they are not notified of this action, but removed as a follower. It also means that he can no longer follow you, mentions appear in the mentions tab or see your profile picture. If you later decide to remove these restrictions, use the Twitter app to unblock the user on the iOS 7 device. Unblocking the user does not automatically make them a follower, so the user must choose to follow you on a new device.

Tap on the “Twitter” app on your iPhone’s home screen and sign in to your account. If you don’t have the Twitter app yet, search for it in the App Store and choose to install this free app.
The second step
Tap the magnifying glass icon at the top of the screen and enter the username of the follower you want to unblock.

Tap on the username from the search results, then select a profile picture to visit the user’s profile page.

Click the gear icon below the user’s profile picture and select “Unblock” to remove the restrictions.
